LET'S BEGIN!

Happy Valentine's Day!  Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays, even though I've never had a Valentine, I still think that love and celebrating it is extremely important.  I think that remains true whether it's applied to loving your partner or loving yourself, so I try to do something new every holiday :-)  This holiday, I wanted to kick off a blog!  I'm not sure how many people will read this, but I think doing this will really challenge me to learn more about veganism.  I also think it'd be a lot of fun :-).  With that said--welcome welcome!
